Requirements

For outstanding young talent, our minimum requirements are:

• A finished bachelor (master is preferred) degree is required for all account managers.
• High level of autonomy and so-called ‘self-propelling’.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, preferably an additional language.
• Humor and ability to place things into perspective.
• Effectiveness and a pragmatic approach.
• Discretion and confidentiality. 
• Readiness to travel, also international for longer periods.
